SHIPPING POLICY 

All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Our processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare order BEFORE shipping. After processing time is completed and your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it has left our facility. Once it has shipped tracking number will be sent via email provided. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.

During a SALE, processing times can take 5-10 business days and shipping time is 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

LUXE BY VIV is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact UPS/USPS to file a claim.

LUXE BY VIV is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any courier delays.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to LUXE BY VIV, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information.

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit/refund to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.  We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. 

 

LOCAL PICKUPS HOUSTON TEXAS AREA ONLY 

When available, local pickups are provided in the Houston TX AREA. Pickups are advertised by email list and on our Instagram. Text (281) 522-2252 to book a pick up or to find out when the next pick up will be.

NO, YOU CANNOT PICK UP an online order. If you prefer to pick up your hair, don't submit any online orders.

A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER FOR PICKUPS. Without a deposit, YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED.
For pick-ups, APPLE PAY, ZELLE, and CASH ARE ACCEPTED.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer RETURNS and EXCHANGES. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us support@luxebyviv.com as soon as possible. You must contact us within 72HRS of receiving your order. Hair must be in its original state, including security tags, hair tags and all original packaging. Hair must be sent back for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any hair that has been used or altered ( picked, cut, processed or tags removed) in any way. Shipping and handling to return is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 2-3 business days to approve or deny return. If approved, you will receive a full refund or store credit.
